Return & Refund Policy


If you need to notify our team about receiving a damaged or defective product, a product that differs from what you ordered online, or a package that lacks certain accessories, please do so within the timeframe specified in our returns policy. To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to provide the packing slip from your order, the original warranty, and all original documentation and packaging. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. If you send a return via a courier company without first informing us, the liability for any damage lies with you, and we will not process the exchange. Additionally, returned merchandise should be free from scratches, dents, or other visible damage, and any security tags must remain intact for us to honor your exchange request.

### If You Receive a Damaged/Defective Product or Box
- Contact our customer support team within seven business days of receiving your shipment.
- If the delivery box is entirely damaged, refuse the delivery and immediately contact our customer care team.
- In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred by MetroTime.in or for the cost of delivery refusal. We'll credit the original purchase price minus the actual shipping costs.

### Incorrect Shipping Address
- You are responsible for additional shipping charges if the product is sent to an incorrect address, even if you initially received free shipping.
- Reshipping the package is subject to a reshipping fee.
- If we receive an undelivered package without prior communication from you, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method.

### Exchange/Return Request

We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your request and to inspect the product's quality before accepting and processing your return or exchange. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request.

### Cancellation Policy
#### Customer Cancellation
To cancel an order after purchase but before shipping, reply to the order confirmation email or contact our team at +91-9664169450 (Monday-Saturday, 11 am – 8 pm IST). Note that orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

#### Cancellation by Our Team
MetroTime.in reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as quantity limitations, pricing errors, product information inaccuracies, fraud detection, or any other reason deemed necessary. We may also request additional information before processing an order. If we cancel your order, we will communicate this via email or phone, indicating whether the cancellation is complete or partial.

### Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for online orders purchased during sales or special promotions unless specified otherwise on our website. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must initiate an exchange request within seven days by sending an email to [support@metrotime.in](mailto:support@metrotime.in) along with a video and photos of the product. Once we receive your email, we will arrange a courier to collect the return. The product must be returned in its original condition. The courier company will attempt to collect the package twice; if unsuccessful, you must deliver the package to our courier partner's office in tamper-proof packaging. Exchange approval will require at least seven business days for our service team to complete the review. Refunds will take 5-6 working days to process after the quality check, with the amount being credited to your account.
